By combining a foam encased individual pocket coil, with 3" of 100% natural botanical talalay latex (ild 19) you get a firm mattress that contours to your individual curves and relieves pressure points usually felt on shoulders and hips without a "squishy" sinking feel. By replacing the traditional foam with latex, which retains its shape and resiliency over time,the Briarcliff does not need to be flipped. So this single sided mattresses saves you money by not adding the additional layer of latex on the bottom. For a cushion firm eco-green feel, you can't go wrong sleeping on the Briarcliff.
