Seattle Mattress Company is an expansion of one of the oldest companies in the Seattle
area dating back to 1882; and we are still a family owned and operated company that thrives on keeping things local and supporting local communities.

That's why, in addition to showcasing our own premium brand mattresses; we also choose to offer our customers more diverse selections of comfort by featuring the nationally reputable brand, SERTA - also manufactured locally in Puyallup, WA; as well as Therapedic, beds manufactured locally in Auburn, WA; and Magniflex organic & hypoallergenic mattresses in response to our customer's growing demands for more healthy & environmentally-friendly mattresses.

Brian and Bob McLauchlan, owners of Canvas Supply Company, opened the showroom in Ballard to make their mattresses & services available for home as well as their marine customers.

The company's 33 employees make handmade custom mattresses as well practically any marine accessory for marine vessels - yachts, sailboats, fishing, commercial, or recreational.

Canvas Supply specializes in installing and customizing EZ2CY window systems, awnings, upholstery, carpets, head & wall liners, decorating, window treatments, and anything else your boat needs!
